v1.1.14: Changed fox death sound to an mp3 file for MAC, will convert back to original sound later or will keep sound
v1.2.0: Changed overworld music entirely, changed some sounds for Game Over screen and eating powerups.
v1.3.0: Due to multiple reoccurring bugs, music has been removed temporarily. Also, accellaration has been added and sprinting is entirely removed.
v1.3.1: (Maybe?) fixed wall bugs and page freezing? Re-added music for IOS
v2.0.0: I THINK I FIXED THE WALL BUG!!!!!!! AND PAGE FREEZING IS FIXED!!!!!
v2.2.1: I re-added back a sprinting system. Also mobile has been removed temporarily. Sorry mobile users!
v3.0.0: I added animations because a friend said so. It's not really smooth or cool or anything, but I'll take it.
v4.0.0: I think I patched the Fox Freeze glitch I MADE BIRB ABLE TO KILL ANY ENEMIES ENTIRELY, and finished level 1-2. Will add 1-3 as a water level instead of an Athletic.
Version 4.0.0 will be closed due to a game-breaking bug.
v4.2.0: Started development of 1-3. Will try to implement new enemies.
Version 4.3.0 will be closed due to the same bug as 4.0.0
v4.3.3: Added stuff for 1-3 again. Will add enemies.
v5.0.0: Improved on Powerup behavior. Added Catfish and will work on the enemy. Improved on enemies disapearing when falling off-screen. Finally remembered to not make the "Level" UI show up on the title screen.
v5.1.0: Improved on Catfish and Bombfox, and added new "squash" sound. Added some stuff for level 1-3.
v5.3.0: Nothing much. Just added some stuff to 1-3, and changed some code to use lists instead of making the blocks render manually 1 by 1, which caused very long scripts. I would rather have like, 128 lists than 75 sprites with like 100 blocks of code each.
v5.3.1: Patched bug where sprinting wasn't working.
v5.3.2: Fully fixed the sprinting bug.
v5.3.3: Fixed the powerups clipping into the wall. Also made it change directory depending on the birb's position to the question mark block.
v5.4.0: I made Z the jump button and X the run button because I wanted the controls to be like smbgames.be and to prepare for future updates (maybe ladders to climb using the up button. i dunno.)
Version 6.0.0 will go back to maintenance due to unnecissary switches of the backdrop.
v8.0.0: Added final boss (King Firefox boss fight), completed World 1, will now start development of World 2! (~%25 progress)
v8.0.1: Added flag as a Reset button.
v8.1.0: Added a ledge where you can stand on. Also added invincibility when spawning.
v8.3.0: Made the stage scrolling movement a lot more smoother. Now you don't need to worry about Birb accidentally going to the right of the game.
v9.0.0: Finished 2-1.
v10.0.0: Added enter to pause, and did major improvents to Birb's animations.
v10.1.0: Made enter to start instead of clicking the play button; more retro-style. Also removed the "Timer" aspect.
Future Updates:
Add Firecatfish in later stages.
Mepo gets softlocked sometimes because of the ledge I added. Maybe fix a part of the levels.
Start thinking about how Super Mepo Platformer should work. Vertical Platforming? New way to render levels?
Don't tell the mobile users, but I'm too lazy to add back mobile. I repeat, don't tell them that.
